What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. However, if you receive your product damaged or defective, you may contact us for a possible replacement (in the same size and colour of the item you ordered) or a refund. Refunds and replacements can only be considered with photographs that clearly identifies the damage or defect.

When will my order ship?

Most orders in the United States will ship between 2-7 business days. Most Canadian orders will ship within 10 days but can incur delays for various reasons out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to Canada and within the U.S.A.

Can I change or cancel my order?

No. Once the order has been placed and paid for, a change to your details or a full cancellation of your order cannot be done.

How do I choose my size?

Sizing is dependent on fabric and style of the item. Refer to the product description for more information.
